We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce our partnership with the Food Bank Network of Somerset County (“FBNSC”). Located in central New Jersey, FBNSC serves over 17,000 individuals who need food assistance. And those numbers continue to grow.
Under the leadership of their Executive Director, Steve Katz, FBNSC has been working to find new ways to source food, particularly healthy food, to meet their growing mission.
Our partnership is built around increasing the number of organizations to support FBNSC with food drives, particularly #GiveHealthy drives.
Over the past several years, we’ve had a number of organizations do just that, but this year will mark a concerted, coordinated effort between the #GiveHealthy and FBNSC teams to engage organizations throughout Somerset County to show their support by raising lots of healthy food.
In order to do this, we’ll be using our new, just released #GiveHealthy video series as well as several other new promotional assets we’ve developed to get ready for this year’s fall/holiday food drive season.
